If you wish to serve on a specific committee, please contact the Club secretary. Thank you.

Publicity:
Design and placing of flyers. Organize a region for each committee member to post in.
Chair: Design news releases and send to various newspaper and media outlets.
Reports to President on a monthly basis.
Chairman: Brittany Lugena


Sponsorship:
Contact businesses in your area for sponsorship funds. This includes business and personal sponsors.
Ongoing committee.
Chair:  Set up areas of responsibility for contacts, maintain contact with President on a monthly basis.

Membership:
Contact various saddle clubs and Horsey folks to promote our club.
Obtain addresses to submit to chair person for mailing and horse related info.
Help establish fee amounts.
Ongoing committee.
Chair: Maintain contact with President on a monthly basis.

Buildings and Grounds
Committee will be responsible for mowing and grounds preparation prior to any event.
Any major concerns should be brought to the chairman.
Chair:  Advise President of any physical liabilities (wash outs, electrical etc) and present ideas for corrections.

Cook Shack:
Develop ideas and price options for club to maintain the cook shack.
 Research alternatives for outside organizations to possibly operate. 
Will also be responsible for any food meetings and ice for events.
Take inventory of current items and clean building before events.
Committee is March-October
Chairman: For 2010 the cookshack is privately contracted

Funshow:
Coordinate the events and schedule to include all children. 
Whether we have one show or two per year, this is the committee who decides activities, events etc.
Includes prizes and creation of forms for signup.
March-October
Chairman: Karrie Campbell

Team Sorting:
Review options, cost and availability to present to club membership.
Responsible for maintaining holding areas for cattle.
Design a schedule to compliment area clubs.
Present report on status no later than 3/15/09

Trail Ride:
Meet with area land owners to obtain permission, coordinate ride times and leaders.
These members should be familiar with land owners and layouts for rides.
One committee member should be present for each directed ride.

Responsible for obtaining photos from organized rides and events.

Outside Trails
Coordinate trail rides off the saddle club grounds. Must be willing to contact DOR and State Park agencies.
